Back in February for the first time I found myself in Zurich for some work related meetings. On the second night (having gone for the easy option of eating at the hotel the first night), we went out with the customers we were meeting for dinner. Very thankful one of them recommended we should try to get into Rüsterei!
Rüsterei is a nice grill restaurant with an amazing bar in an old factory building in Sihicty. We were very fortunate to get a table for 6 of us without booking at around 8pm - I’d recommend a reservation if you are looking to visit!
As we were working out what everyone wanted to eat, I started with a Negroni which was very good.
Food wise, I started off with the Markknochen - bone marrow with parsley, garlic and toast bread! Wasn’t exactly what I expected when it arrived but was super tasty!
Seeing the giant fire on the go and steaks being cooked, I decided it would be rude not to try the Flat Iron steak with Chimichurri for my main. Again this was very tasty!
Great service. Will definitely be back when I visit Zurich again soon!
