Ducie Street Warehouse, Manchester

Amazing new find in Manchester. I fancied Sunday lunch and thought I’d try somewhere new rather than the typical Hawksmoor. Stumbled across Ducie Street Warehouse online and thought I’d give it a go.

It’s a great spot less than 5 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station in a converted warehouse. It’s got a bar, restaurant and a nice outside area for a drink as well.

Decided to start with a couple of cocktails in the sun - first of all, a French 75.

And then followed it swiftly up with a Aperol Spritz.

For the main, I went to town! I chose the “Something for everyone” which has each of the meats (so Beef, Chicken and Lamb), which comes with all of the usual trimmings. I also ordered some stuffing, pigs in blankets, and some cauliflower cheese (worth noting - they have a special cauliflower cheese menu with 8 different options). All washed down with a glass of red. It was all delicious!

Was absolutely stuffed so didn’t have room for pudding - but did have room for some more wine!

Definitely recommend for Sunday Lunch. Great service, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere!
