I get to visit Seattle a couple of times a year, and most times get to try a couple of new places that colleagues recommend. This trip we had customers with us, and one of my colleagues booked Aerlume for dinner one night.
The restaurant has great views of the Puget Sound, and thanks to the timing of our reservation we got to catch the sun slowly setting. Most tables in the restaurant, even if not right by the window, still have a good view.
Food wise, it didn’t disappoint. I started with the Octopus and Lamb sausage which was really tasty and something different. For my main I went for the Pork Porterhouse. Was very nice!
Service was attentive and just right, with a nice atmosphere that still meant you could hear the others on your table talking! Would definitely go back when in Seattle next!
